Booking, Deposit & Payment


To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid and an online booking form must be completed.

 

The full balance will become payable 30 days prior to the date of your event and in all cases prior to the hire commencing.

 

Late payments will incur a 3.5% late payment charge.

 

We do not hold or reserve dates, you must complete the online booking form and pay the £50 deposit via PayPal at the end of the booking form, you can not submit the booking form without paying the deposit, you do not need a PayPal account to do this you can use any credit or debit card.

 

You have the choice of paying the balance by either PayPal or bank transfer, will will send you a PayPal invoice is you choose this method, for bank transfers the BACS details will be on yur invoice.

 

Failure to pay the balance on time will incur a 3.5% late payment charge on the final balance, if the balance is still not paid 7 days after the due date your hire will be cancelled without notice. You will still be liable for the remaining hire charge.

 

Destinations further than the 30 mile radius from TF7 are subject to a mileage

charge.

 

 

Copyright

The Social Booth own all copyrights of any photos taken in our booths, we give permission for anyone that has used our photo booths to have a picture taken to use them for any purpose apart from the following restriction. We do not give permission for anyone to print or sell any of our images.

 

Offers

We occasionally run offers, all offers will end on the said date, any forms received after the offer date will not be valid and full price will be charged.

 

Offers will not be granted to bookings that where made before the offer start date.

 

We reserve the write to withdraw any offer at anytime.

 

Hire Time
Your photo booth will be made available for your purchased hire time based on the actual usage time at the venue. 

 

Additional hours can be purchased on the night, please ask.

 

Photo Booth Set Up

The hirer will arrange access to the venue at least 2hrs before the hire start time, if we can not gain access the time will come out of your hire time no refunds will be given if we fail to supply due to access or delays by either the venue or the hirer.

The hirer will arrange for sufficient space to be provided in positioning the photo booth to allow safe use of the equipment by the operator and guests, please note the booth needs a stable and solid floor, if your venue is in a marque please check to see if the flooring can accomodate the requirements, if we arrive and find the floor is not sutiable to operate we reserve the the right to refuse to operate for health & saftey issues, no refunds will be given, its up to the hirer to make sure the conditions are met.
 
The booth measures 1.5m width, 2m length, 2m high, plus a 4ft table, the ideal space would 2.5m in width x 3m in length x 2.5m in height.
 
 The hirer will arrange for the photo booth’s final position to be close to an electrical socket of 220-240v fitted with a 13amp trip.
 
We can not move the booth once it has been set up. If we feel the space provided is not safe for operation we will not operate the booth, we have the right to refuse opertaion and cancel the hire without refund on the grounds of health and safety.

 

Guest Behaviour
Whilst we encourage the fun use of the photo booth, if we feel that the photo booth is not being treated in a disrespectful manner we will ask the guest(s) to leave the booth. 

 

We will not accept any threatening or abusive behaviour and if this occurs we will stop the use of the photo booth and dismantle the equipment and terminate the hire without a refund.

 

Food & Drink

We do not allow food and drink into the photo booth, there are electrical items and this could pose a hazard to saftey, we dispaly a sign saying no food and drink, anyone found to be taking food and drink into the booth wil be asked to leave, there will be no acceptions, any damage caused to the booth, equiptment or props the hirer agrees to pay for the replacment or repair of the damaged items.

 

Technical Issues / Failure To Supply
In the unlikely event of a technical problem with the photo booth or events beyond our control a refund will be given pro-rata to any time lost. 

 

The operator cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide a service of supplies or equipment if the operator has no control over the circumstances which may withhold all or part of the supply such as, but not limited to, accidents, sickness, weather conditions, traffic issues en-route to the venue or the delay in operating the unit for any reason. In the event that the operator has no option but to fail in the supply of equipment hire and supplies in whole or in part, which are the responsibility of the operator, any monies paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible and in all cases, within 10 days of the planned date, deposits remain non-refundable under any circumstances. Failure to supply due to the venue or client issues will not result in a refund.

 

Damage & Liability

The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the photo booth or equiptment including props during the hire time. We will seek means of recoving any cost owed to us for any damage to our photo booth or equiptment. 

 

Insurance & Pat testing
The operator will provide a copy of its insurance liability & pat test certificates should the venue request one. They can also be found here to download

Booking Cancellations
We understand that your circumstances can change but we would ask for as much notice as possible in the event that you need to cancel your booking. 

 

The £50 booking deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

 

 If you cancel your booking within 30 days or less of your event date you will be liable to pay 100% of the final balance due. 

 

If you cancel your booking between 60 and 31 days of your event date you will be liable to pay 50% of the final balance due.

 

Acceptance Of Terms & Conditions
The hirer agrees that in providing a booking form the hirer accepts the terms and conditions setout and agrees to pay for any damage caused by either the hirer or there guests.
